Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy at has been put in place to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase.

We guarantee to refund your money or exchange any item that you aren't 100% happy with, it's that simple.

If you are not 100% satisfied with an item you have purchased on, you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from when the item was dispatched.

To return an item for a refund or exchange, please fill out our Online Returns & Exchanges Form and include that with your parcel.

Please note that delivery charges back to us are non-refundable and you will be charged postage on shipping of exchange items.

All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging/labels attached.

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on undergarments. We will, of course, always meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

WoolPress Arrowtown are not able to accept responsibility if your returned item(s) are lost in transit. Therefore we recommend that you use a postage service that provides tracking and delivery to the door.
