What if the size I want to order is not available?

All items listed on www.thewoolpress.com are in stock. If you cannot select a certain size, it means we no longer have it in stock. If this is the case, please send an email to info@thewoolpress.com and let us know the product name, size, and colour that you would like and we will see if we can order it for you from the supplier.

Do the prices on the website include taxes?

Yes, the prices on www.thewoolpress.com include New Zealand GST (Goods and Service Tax).

Why didn't my coupon code apply?

Coupons must be entered on the "Shopping Cart" page. Please enter your coupon code and click "Activate" for it to apply. If the coupon doesn't apply, please send an email to info@thewoolpress.com.

Can I checkout as a Guest?

Yes, you can checkout as a Guest instead of creating an account. However, by creating an account with us, your checkout experience will be much quicker on your future orders.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and BankCard. Various White Label cards within New Zealand can be accepted as well.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Unfortunately not. Customers with a PO Box will need to provide an alternative physical address or local post office to have their order delivered.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes you can! Simply select "Click & Collect" at checkout and your order will be ready at the WoolPress Store in Arrowtown, NZ on the next business day.

Do you offer Same Day Delivery?

Yes! We offer Same Day Delivery to those customers in Queenstown and Arrowtown that place their orders before 2pm Monday through Friday. Simply select "Same Day Delivery" as your shipping method and you can get your order that day!

Can I ship overseas?

Yes you can! Please visit our Shipping Page to see delivery costs and times of delivery. Please note, you may be liable for local sales tax or duty depending on the country you live in.

How much does shipping cost and what are the expected delivery times?

We offer FREE nationwide delivery throughout New Zealand and Australia on orders over $100NZD. Please visit our Shipping Page to learn more about our Worldwide Shipping options.

Do I have to pay GST if I am shipping outside of New Zealand?

No. GST will be deducted from the ticket price of the item(s) ordered at the Checkout page. Please note, you may be liable for local sales tax or duty depending on the country you live in.

Can I track my order?

We have Track-and-Trace details for every online order we send. If you have issues tracking your parcel, please send an email to info@thewoolpress.com.

How soon will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 10am New Zealand Time on Monday-Friday will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 10am or on a weekend/public holiday, will be shipped the following working day. If there are issues fulfilling your order or a delay in shipping, we will email you as soon as possible to let you know. All orders ship from Arrowtown, New Zealand.

Do you insure the packages?

Yes. We have insurance covering theft and accidental damage to the packages while they are in transit. Once the package has been delivered, however, the package is no longer covered by insurance.

What happens if the item I buy doesn't fit?

If you are not happy with the fit of your chosen garment, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange. Please see our Returns Page to print off a copy of our Online Returns and Exchanges Form. Please note this policy only applies to items bought on www.thewoolpress.com and not in the WoolPress Shop in Arrowtown.
