Icebreaker are fussy about their fibre, and every year produce the best pure merino available, direct from the mountains of New Zealand. They then make their own fabrics using Icebreaker technology.
To survive his extreme mountain environment, the New Zealand merino has a thin coat in summer and a heavy coat in winter. It breathes in summer and insulates in winter. Icebreaker translated this miracle all-weather fibre into a clothing system that gives people the same freedom to push their limits in the outdoors.
